International FAQ's

1. Do you ship to my country?

Sneakerheadoutlet.com ships to a select list of international destinations. The countries that we can ship to are:

2. My country is not on the list. Can you ship to me?

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location. This decision may be due to the high cost of shipping or our payment provider, Paypal, may not be fully supported in your location.

3. Why don't you ship to my country?

The cost of international shipping makes it cost prohibitive to ship to a number of locations. In some cases, our decision not to provide service to an international destination is due to a lack of viable payment methods, high possibility of fraud, or language barriers.

4. How much for shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the destination country and number of shoes in the shipment. Please see our international shipping rates page at http://www.sneakerheadoutlet.com/int-shipping.html.

5. How long will it take to get to me?

The time of delivery will depend on your location and Customs inspection. We ship international packages Monday through Friday, and delivery takes approximately 5- 14 business days. Packages to the UK usually arrive in 3-5 days after shipment, and shipments to most of Europe will arrive in less than 2 weeks.

6. Will I have to pay import taxes?

An import tax may be due when your receive your products. This fee will be paid to FedEx or your local delivery service at the time of delivery. We apologize, but we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can you write "Gift" on the box so that I don't have to pay taxes?

No sorry, we cannot declare this item as a gift.

8. I want to pay with my Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card. Can I do that?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept an international credit card. Our company is unable to verify the account information in order to comply with U.S. laws regarding identity theft and fraud.

9. How can I pay?

10. I really want to pay with my credit card because I don't have a Paypal account.

We cannot accept international credit cards. Paypal accounts are free and easy to open. Go to http://www.paypal.com and follow their instructions to open and fund an account.

11. Okay, how do I order?

First, browse our website and place the desired products in the international shopping cart by choosing your size and clicking the International Shopping Cart Button. (Click here to find your size in US sizes.)

When you are finished shopping, click Checkout and fill in your shipping information and choose your shipping method. Log into your Paypal account, initiate a payment, and return to the checkout to provide your email address and submit the order.

After we received your order, we will send you an email confirmation and begin processing your order.

Note: Due to time differences, we ask that international customers allow a minimum of 1 business day before using the order tracking system.
